Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders ship from our warehouse in China via YunExpress and other trusted carriers. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

United States and Canada: 8-15 business days
United Kingdom: 8-15 business days
European Union: 8-15 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 10-17 business days

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders: United States and Canada free over $75; United Kingdom free over the equivalent of $65; European Union free over the equivalent of $59; Australia and New Zealand free over the equivalent of $99.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Orders ship on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please note that US import rules for low-value parcels changed in 2025 and duties may apply to US orders.

Tracking and Lost Packages

A tracking number is provided for every order. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at official@holdsip.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
