Refund policy

We want you to love your HoldSip products. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

Conditions

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on personalized or final-sale items.

How to Start a Return

Email official@holdsip.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address (Zhengzhou, Henan, China).

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, HoldSip covers the cost.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped, by contacting official@holdsip.com.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and no restocking fee is charged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Limited Warranty

HoldSip drinkware is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding lids, seals, straws, and normal wear). Contact us with your order number and photos for a replacement or refund.
